We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase but if you're not for any reason, or you've changed your mind then we can offer you an exchange or a refund within 14 days of purchase. All returns must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Please note that returns are not permitted for personalised, or custom orders except where they are faulty.
Return shipping costs
Unfortunately, shipping costs are direct costs that we incur and these cannot be refunded, other than in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act.
When returning an item you will also be responsible for the cost of return postage. For large orders we recommend using a tracked/insured service.
If your orignail order qualified for free shipping and the returned item reduces the value of your order below the threshold to qualify for free shipping, then our standard shipping rate will be deducted from the refund.
We always check goods prior to despatch, however if they do not receive you in perfect condition please email us immdeidately at firstname.lastname@example.org for advice.
